Bella & the Sketch Saturday Challenge

Bella taking a break after a long card making session! Not much card making goes on when Bella decides she wants to play in my craft room- most of my stuff ends up on the floor, on the landing, downstairs, in the lounge.....

There is a great sketch over at Sketch Saturday this week. Here is my card for the challenge- another Halloween one I'm afraid, as I had to play with my new Magnolia stamps! Hope you like it..
I used:Magnolia Stamps- Tilda with Spider stamp; Tildas Cat; Halloween Treat Bag.
I also used Shortkutz Halloween die; glittered brads; Doodlebug paper frills; ribbon; Bo bunny paper; Bazzill card

Here is another card I have made at the same time as doing some of the challenges. There are so many Challenge Blogs that it is difficult to find enough time to sit and play! This one is using the Magnolia stamps again, with Stampendous- Itsy Bitsy stamp that I had, Bo Bunny paper, Bazzill card & Cuttlebug Pumpkin embossing folder.
Hope you like them..

I know I have not just done it, but thought I would enter it anyway as it makes a change from a card. Hope you like it, might have a go at some more...

Bella's New Mode of Transport!

Yes you do need to carry me around everywhere- don't you know I have a poorly paw!

Been to the vets again this afternoon & at last they are happy that her paw is healing properly. Had to take her in last Friday to see how it was healing & if she could have her 2nd jabs, but they were not happy as it didn't seem to be getting better. We had to continue bathing her paw in salt water & giving her the antibiotics over the weekend, but thankfully it is much better. Mind you, you wouldn't think that there was anything wrong with her- she has been dashing around, jumping up & onto everything, and playfully biting & scratching us as though there was nothing the matter! Hope she grows more hair over her wound as she's going to have an odd looking paw!!

Blue Poinsettia

I had it in my mind as we were making the card in Caz's class that I wanted to try a different colour scheme. When I got home I decided to recreate the card using blues instead of the traditional colours- I may try with purples as well!
What do you think- does it work?

Leaving Card

This was the card I made for one of my collegues who left recently. I knew what I wanted to make and then luckily the Quickutz dies came out! Perfect timing or what!
I used the new cooks dies, the pizza die, cake die, chicken drumstick pirates shirt & Indians head dress for his kerchief. The ginham paper was from my stock.
Hope you like it.

Bella The Brave!

Poor baby, Bella had to have her wound cleaned out. The vet found a tiny flower seed head in there, which was why it was not healing! My brave little soldier is home now, none the worse for her ordeal. Got to take her back for a check up on Friday - will definately be getting pet insurance for her now! She's been running around as though nothing was wrong since she came home, although at the moment she's having a kitty nap.
